This is a projection mapping project I created at the Savannah College of Art and Design during the Fall 2015 quarter. It is the outcome of my first experimentation with projection mapping and animating for 3D objects. I thoroughly enjoyed this project, as it gave me the opportunity to deliver motion graphics through a new and exciting platform.
Seeking Truth is a senior project completed for the Motion Media Department at the Savannah College of Art and Design during the Fall 2015 quarter. This project explores my love of dance, not only as a passion, but as an escape from reality. Ultimately, it is a motion graphics work that explores the overcoming of emotional challenges, in order to discover who you truly are. I completed this project from the creation of the initial concept, to work as a cinematographer, editor, sound designer, and animator.

Below are a few process photos from the shoot:
Animal Planet Network ID
This ID was created to portray the main themes of the Animal Planet network, such as passion and exploration. Through the use of a collage style and a 2.5D compositing technique, I created a passage of time for the journey of a tiger. The audience follows the tiger through the trees and leaves of the jungle, while also reveals the Animal Planet logo at the end of the piece. The warm, soothing colors of the work create a sense of tranquility, which allows the audience feel fearless while viewing a very powerful predator.

The Following: Show Package
This show package was created for the TV show The Following on FOX. It focuses on the key elements of the show: manipulation, planning, and the constant police investigation of Joe Carroll. Everything is connected and is being controlled by the main serial killer. Key images will be attached to strings to show the main characters as well as key themes of the show, such as Edgar Allan Poe. We want the audience to feel confused and on the edge of their seat. It will have an unnerving feeling, and create a lot of tension, but make the audience want to know more.
This was a group project completed at the Savannah College of Art and Design (Spring 2015). The details of my group members are posted below. This was one of my favorite projects during my time at SCAD because it allowed me to work collaboratively with outstanding artists and designers and also gave me a chance to work in a very tactile environment.
This is a collage of a few of the logo animations I have designed and animated for the following networks
Spike Network ID
This network ID for Spike focuses on the MMA programming of the network. It was created and designed using a 2.5D technique. Along with the design and animation of the piece, I also completed the sound design.

Who Rescued Who?
Who Rescued Who? is a PSA created for The Humane Society. This work addresses a very serious issue in a fun and energetic way with its use of hand drawn vector graphics, a bright color palette, and upbeat music. Along with the design and animation of the piece, I also wrote the script. My hopes for this work is that it will influence at least one person to go out and save an animal's life by adopting a pet, donating, or volunteering at their local Humane Society.

Secrets - Kinetic Typography
Secrets is a kinetic typography piece created for the Savannah College Art and Design Time Based Typography 2 Showcase.
Music: Secrets by Mary Lambert
Design by Maci Lorenz
This is a piece I created for my Time Based Typography class at the Savannah College of Art and Design. It is a mixture of kinetic typography using hand drawn type and stop motion animation.
This is a collaborative project created at the Savannah College of Art & Design. I worked with three other students to design and create an animation showcasing the four seasons. Each student was assigned a season; I was assigned summer. To me, summer reminds me of my family's annual camping trip. It is a very fun, upbeat, and relaxing time. I wanted to portray the activities and overall mood of our camping trip through the use of vector graphics. To see the complete animation of all four seasons, please check out the video below.

Dexter Title Sequence
This is a 2D vector graphic title sequence created for the television series Dexter, which follows the secret life of a blood splatter pattern analyst who is a serial killer. My idea was to showcase each character by using objects that represent their personalities.
